Return and refund policy

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will begin to be prepared.
You can cancel your order at any time during the process. If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel it and your total payment will be refunded, if your order is already on its way, you can cancel your order but the cost of the shipping ($ 9.99) cannot be reimbursed.
To totally or partially cancel any order, it is necessary to communicate via chat or by phone at 250-868-2478 with your order number at hand and the order detail.
The refund is going to be made within a period of 14 days once your cancellation is confirmed.
In case a product was delivered in poor condition or was not delivered at all, please contact us and we will help you.
For any type of return or exchange, it will be necessary that you show up at the store within a period of no more than 7 days.
